This policy explains how Precision Marine Service ("we," "us," "our") handles information collected through this website. We provide mobile boat maintenance and repair service in Grand Haven, Spring Lake, Ferrysburg, and surrounding areas of Michigan.

When you submit a service or work request form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, your marina or boat location, the priority you select, and the description of your request (which may include your boat's make, model, and year).
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, provide quotes, and schedule and perform service.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing texts without your separate permission.

We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and receive your form submissions (for example, our website hosting and form-processing provider, Netlify, and the email service that delivers submissions to us), and where required by law or to protect our rights. This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or social-media trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own site, not by a third party. If we add any of these in the future, we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent.
"Do Not Track." Because we do not track visitors across websites or over time, our site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.
How long we keep it
We keep service requests for as long as needed to respond to you, perform the work, and maintain ordinary business and tax records. After that we delete or anonymize them.
Security
The site is delivered over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and submissions are handled by reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please don't put payment card numbers or passwords in the request form.

To make a request, send us a message through the request form on our website (choose "Not Sure — Just Reach Out" and mention "privacy request"), and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you'd like to stop receiving calls or texts, tell us and we'll stop.
Children
This website is intended for boat owners and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
